You
are required to choose an organization/business (public or non public
department with a professional website) of your choice. Your task is to produce
two journals to demonstrate your understanding of digital innovations in this
chosen organization/business. Your focus will be on organizational, management,
technological, integration, and implementation issues associated with digital
innovation. You should discuss these with the strategic alignment of digital
innovations in the selected organization/business. It is important to
synthesize your critical analysis while providing the potential solution and
recommendations for the selected organization/business.
JOURNAL
1: Write
a report of 1000 words to demonstrate your understanding
of the digital innovations aspects of NBN (National Broadband Network)
available to the selected organization.
Your report should
cover following aspects:
1. Discuss
how the organization absorbed the innovation in terms of processes, procedures,
policies and technologies (about 300 words)
2. Identify
issues/problems encountered in terms of organizational aspects (about 700
words)
JOURNAL
2: Write
a report of 1000 words to demonstrate your understanding of the
implementation aspects of digital innovation in the selected
organization/Business.
Your journal should
cover following aspects:
1. Your
analysis and justifications of the solutions to the problems identified in the
first journal through the innovative processes or/and innovative digital
information system technologies or a combination (about 400 words)
2. Cost
benefit, integration, and implementation analyses for the above (about 600
words)
